Challenge
A review was being undertaken around the functional model and future delivery model of the health and care system. We looked at the critical success factors required for a robust future delivery model.
Our work
A PMO approach was required to deliver strategy and transformation programmes of work across integrated care systems, overseen by NHS England. We established a PMO rhythm and corporate reporting to structure programmes using a well-established PMO approach.
Outcome
We undertook a diagnostic including pain points and recommendations identified through key stakeholder feedback, looked at embedding a clear purpose, transparency and direction, creating a corporate rhythm to continue delivering the organisations purposes and objectives.
