Challenge 
There were significant challenged with patients being able to access mental health services with long waiting times and lack of engagement between organisations.

Our work
We worked to assess the causes and recommend, design and lead re-commissioning of a new service with an uplift in investment from commissioners, and the and subsequent mobilisation of a new integrated services allowing better access to psychological therapies.
A business case was developed, more funding was accessed, and a project plan detailing the re-design was executed and mobilised.

Outcome
The re-designed integrated community mental care pathways was successfully mobilised and launched.
